Our products include Memory Diamonds (created from human ashes or hair), Pet Diamonds (created from pet ashes), and Life Moments diamonds (created from biological materials tied to meaningful life events such as birth, graduation, or wedding). Every diamond we produce is certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with Stargen Diamonds, whether through our website, phone consultation, or SMS opt-in, we collect the information necessary to serve you. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and mailing or shipping address. For orders, we also collect details related to your product selection, such as carat, color, and cut preferences, the name and relationship of the person or pet being memorialized, and the type of biological material being submitted. Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. When you opt in to our SMS program, we record your consent, including the date, time, and phone number, as well as any future opt-out requests.

This means processing and fulfilling your memorial diamond order, securely receiving and tracking the biological material you submit, providing updates throughout the creation process, arranging shipping and delivery of your finished diamond and IGI certificate, responding to your inquiries, and scheduling consultations. When you have given us explicit consent, we also send SMS messages related to your order or, if you opted in specifically to marketing communications, occasional service announcements.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
